General Conditions of Sale – Nice and Simple
1. Purpose
These general conditions of sale govern the sales of handmade jewelry offered by Nice and Simple, a micro-enterprise registered in France, via the website niceandsimple.fr.
2. Products
The jewelry offered by Nice and Simple is divided into two categories:
- Handmade artisanal creations: necklaces, bracelets and some rings are made in our workshop, in small series, from quality materials (stainless steel, pearls, etc.).
- Selected products for purchase and resale: some rings and earrings come from partner suppliers, carefully chosen for their quality.
In all cases, each product is described precisely (photos, dimensions, materials).
3. Price
- Prices are indicated in euros including all taxes.
- Delivery charges are added at the time of ordering.
- Nice and Simple reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the price in effect at the time of purchase.
4. Order
- The customer places their order directly on the niceandsimple.fr website.
- Any order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
- A confirmation email is sent after validation of the order.
5. Payment
Payments are secure and accepted via: credit card, PayPal, and other methods offered by Shopify Payments.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
6. Delivery
- Delivery to mainland France (and other areas if indicated on the site).
- Average delivery time: 2 to 7 working days after dispatch.
- Any delays do not give rise to cancellation or compensation.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise his right of withdrawal.
- Products must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the return.
Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if they have been worn.
8. Liability
Nice and Simple cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse of the product or normal wear and tear.
9. Intellectual Property
All elements of the site (texts, photos, logo, creations) are the property of Nice and Simple.
Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
10. Personal data
The information collected is necessary for order processing and is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
